Baby Matthew ~ 3 Months Old

This adorable little boy was so much fun to take photos of.  He is such a happy baby with a big personality. And check out those beautiful eyes! Keep checking back for more photos of Matthew... We will be photographing his 6, 9 and 12 months photos too! We are so excited to watch and document this little guy grow.

Portrait Session ~ Stacey & Caesar

It was a beautiful, warm, fall night... The colors were perfect... And Stacey asked if we would be willing to drive out to the stables and take a few pictures of her and her horse, Caesar. Of course we said yes! We had a blast hanging out with these two, and captured some great images!

 

Amanda & Chris ~ Married!

Our good friends Amanda & Chris tied the knot this past Oct.  Not only were we guests at their beautiful wedding, but we volunteered to help them out and capture some video. This was something definitely new to us, but they were gracious enough to let us hang out with them all day and grab some great footage! We also got to work with a couple of fun photographers! Detroit!

A few weeks back we tood a Composition in the Field class from Digital Photo Academy. We spent a few hours of the afternoon walking around taking photos in Detroit. We had a great time and met some fun people. Here are a few photos we took at Eastern Market and the Train Station.

H + M ~ Married!

We had the honor of being guests at Heather and Mark's wedding at the Henry Ford the last weekend in August. It was a gorgeous day and love filled the air. You could tell these two were made for each other. The ceremony was sweet... and the reception was a blast! You couldn't have asked for a wedding more special than this. 

Hocking Hills ~ Ohio State Park

As we mentioned in our last post, the state park Hocking Hills in Logan, Ohio is gorgeous! It is full of colorful rock formations, streams, waterfalls, caves, and hiking trails. Walking through this park was like walking through an enchanted forest. With the stone bridges, toadstools, and a variety of butterflies, we were waiting for the trolls and fairies to make an appearance!
We hope to make another trip to this park sometime in the Fall...when the colors change and it is a little less humid. ;) We'll keep you posted.

Jeanine & Jason ~ Engaged!

Where do we begin to tell the story of these two very amazing people? Jeanine and Jason have been together for about a year and a half and you can tell they were meant to be with each other. Both are unique, and adventurous people... and they complement each other so well you hardly ever see them apart. They are loving and loyal friends. And on top of it all they are just plain 'ol fun and silly!   Adrianne and Jeanine have known each other for over 20 years... and we are excited to welcome Jason into the whirlwind friendship.
Jeanine and Jason wanted to do some different for their photos. Jeanine found a state park in Ohio called Hocking Hills. This park is made up of various rock formations, forests, waterfalls, and hiking trails. It was a breathtaking area and perfect for pictures. We made a weekend out of it and stayed at a bed & breakfast place called Ravenwood Castle. This gave us the opportunity to get some very unique photos.
